Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time without penalty.
Any cancellation, or no-show made within 12 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Deposits paid at the time of booking will be non-refundable and will be applied toward this fee.
